Refund Policy

VizRender is operated by Ovisah Limited. We want you to be happy with your subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases.
1. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date for any new subscription plan (Monthly, 6-Month, or Yearly). Renewal charges are also eligible for refund within 30 days of the renewal date if the renewed plan has not been substantially used.
2. How to Request a Refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through our contact page and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Cancellation vs. Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation by itself is not a refund — request a refund as described above if you also want your money back.
4. AI Credit Top-Ups
One-off AI credit top-ups are refundable within 30 days only if the credits have not been used. Partially-used top-ups may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the money-back guarantee (e.g. repeated refund cycles), or breaches of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
